Catharsis

Nothing echoes in me more than the wild west coast of Sweden. This is a Ravine of childhood adventures. A short climb from the Artist workshops in Gerlesborg where my mother worked on fabrics while I roamed. These photos are also among the very first images of  my teenage years, and remain central to my aesthetic. I bring my friends who visit through this ravine as a reminder of the beauty of the natural force of the ice age from which these rocks were left hanging in the crevice.
